I have heard of people buying the PS3 copy, using the Steam code, and returned the PS3 copy. I assume it is no longer offered, you need a new code from the game. Steam Portal 2 used to be given away for free with PS3 Portal 2. Portal 2 is a first-person puzzler game from Valve Software that draws from the original formula of innovative gameplay, story, and music, which earned the original Portal more than 70 industry. Before talking out of your ass, you should have done a bit of research. Ive looked on the Steam forums too, but there seem to be numerous similar complaints. If you ever remember, the popular online team-based first-person shooter video game Team Fortress 2 (also developed by Valve) went free for all Macs and PCs a few months ago.
Why is this? you may ask it's probably to stop downloading copies which they aren't entitled too, If I owned various games on psn and then linked my profiles and if I was then allowed to download PC versions of said games there would be nothing stopping me to say allow my friends to link my account to their steam and give them the games that I have already played, for free.
